Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy anything from the Cloudbound Store ("we", "us"). By paying you agree to them.

What you are buying

Credits are a virtual currency used only on the Cloudbound Minecraft server. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred outside the game except where the server allows it. You get a licence to use them on the server; you do not own them.

Delivery

Credits are added to the Minecraft account name you enter at checkout. Check the name carefully: we are not responsible for purchases made to the wrong name. Delivery is usually within a minute if you are online, or the next time you join.

Age

If you are under 18 you must have permission from a parent or guardian before buying.

Changes to the game

The server, its items, prices and features can change at any time. We may reset, rebalance or remove content. Purchases are not affected by normal game updates in a way that entitles you to a refund.

Chargebacks and fraud

Opening a chargeback or dispute instead of contacting us, or paying with a payment method you are not allowed to use, may lead to the purchase being removed and the account being banned.

Bans

Breaking the server rules can get you banned. Banned players are not refunded.

Liability

The store and the server are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
